What exactly happens during the hormone assessment?

Your 60-minute assessment is a private, 1-on-1 session with one of our providers. We review your current and past lab results, discuss your symptoms in depth, explore potential root causes, overturn every stone, and work with you to build a personalized plan. You will leave with clarity and direction

Do I need to already have labs to book?

Not necessarily. While some patients bring labs that they didn't get clear answers on, we can order our recommend testing. If you have existing results, please bring them or have them ready to share. We want to work with whatever information you have.

Is this covered by insurance?

Vitality operates as a direct care functional medicine practice. We do not bill insurance for our assessment or membership services. Many patients find that the depth of care and results they receive make the investment well worth it. We are happy to discuss pricing and payment options on your intro call

What if I am not currently on medication?

This assessment is for you too. Many patients experiencing symptoms have never been diagnosed or treated. We take a thorough look at the full clinical picture, regardless of whether you are currently medicated.

How quickly can I get an appointment?

We will reach out within one business day of receiving your form to schedule your free intro call. From there, we work to get your full assessment scheduled as quickly as possible. We value your time and never want you waiting longer than necessary to get answers
